Few months ago, we have presented you a preview of an upcoming pack from Reebok called as the Miami Vice. But today, we are featuring you one of the sneakers in the pack called as the Reebok Court Pump Victory II.
This new Reebok Court Pump Victory II is just the same as the previous versions that they have released before. This Court Pump Victory II by Reebok is also created from a smooth leather material in combination with mesh materials. The mesh on this pair can be found on the formstripe on the side panels and is surrounded by smooth leather. This sneaker also uses a satin finished fabric for the insole lining making it comfortable to wear. This sneaker is mainly highlighted in white and red color way with accents of green on the side panels, front area, insole lining, collar, and tongue. This also includes a gradient red on the back area together with the image of a swan. This is also finished with a white midsole and semi transparent blue outsole.
Reebok still hasn’t given any words about the release of the Miami Vice Pack but it will definitely be sooner than later.

Nike will be releasing another limited edition sneaker this 2009 and it is inspired of the colorful personality of an NBA legend known as World B. Free. This sneaker is called as the Nike Blazer Limited Edition “World B. Free” Colorway.

Nike Zoom Kobe IV MLK House of Hoops
So far, the Zoom Kobe IV has been a very well-received shoe, praised as much for its sleek, stylish design as for its low cut and revolutionary lightweight construction. Much to the delight of countless sneakerheads, one of the most talked-about colorways will finally be released for retail. The “Gold Mamba” edition that Kobe wore on Martin Luther King Day created quite a buzz in the sneaker world with its Laker color scheme, as well as the snake print around the ankle collar and the gradient coloring effect on the toe. Adidas Womens Attitude in Patent and Nylon
We have seen Adidas create and release new versions of their Adidas Attitude sneaker and almost all of those are very attractive but are also exclusive for men. This year, Adidas has once again created another version of the Adidas Attitude but this time it’s for the women enthusiasts.
This new women’s version of the Adidas Attitude includes a clean looking upper highlighted in white color way and is accented with highlights of royal blue found on the tongue, piping on front and back area, collar, and Adidas Originals logo on the heel area. Parrot Green and Carbon Gray Pump Omni Lite by Reebok
Reebok has been releasing dope colorways of their famous Reebok Pump Omni Lite Sneaker and so far, almost all of those color ways were loved by sneaker enthusiasts. This year, they have once again created a new color way of this infamous Reebok Pump Omni Lite that sneaker heads will like.
Unlike the previous versions that they have released before, this new color way of Reebok Pump Omni Lite is made with a two toned upper instead of the usual multicolored scheme.
The upper of this sneaker is mainly highlighted in what they call as parrot green colorway and is accented with gray highlights found on the toe box, mud guard on the side panels, pump on the tongue, Reebok branding on the mid panels, Hexalite logo on the back area, and on the rubber resin on the side panels which serves as shoelace eyelet.

Cheers for Miss California Carrie Prejean

You can admire Miss California Carrie Prejean even if you don't agree with her view on gay marriage.
Rather than come across as a scripted, near-airhead contestant on the Miss USA contest (and we've sure seen our share of beauty pageant participants fitting that description), Prejean spoke her mind on Sunday.
Still the center of a raging debate two days after her anti-gay-marriage remarks at the Miss USA pageant, Miss California Carrie Prejean went on the "Today" show Tuesday and maintained she was proud of what she had said.
Asked her views on gay marriage, she responded:
We live in a land where you can choose same-sex marriage or opposite. And you know what, I think in my country, in my family, I think that I believe that a marriage should be between a man and a woman. No offense to anybody out there, but that's how I was raised.
Her response drew criticism later from judge and gay blogger Perez Hilton. He caller her dumb and even worse.
But again, it was refreshing to see someone not give the politically correct answer.
Predictably, conservatives and some Republican politicians are embracing Prejean because of her comments. That's fine, too, because she's getting a positive reaction for speaking her mind.
Plus, despite irritating some people in the Miss USA crowd, Prejean finished as first runnerup.
She might have won the competition if she'd given a more nuanced answer to the question on gay marriage. But she apparently wasn't raised that way.

Astronomers have announced the discovery of the lightest planet ever detected outside our Solar System.
The Gliese 581 system delivers again. Giese 581 is a red dwarf star 20.4 light years away that until recently boasted the lightest extrasolar planet ever found. At 5 Earth masses, Gliese 581c was not exactly a second Earth, but it and 7 Earth mass Gliese 581d captured the worlds imagination as they seemed to be in the habitable zone of their parent star, where liquid water can exist.Now the smallest mass planet ever has been discovered around Gliese 581, a 1.9 mass planet Gliese 581e, presumably rocky, that screams around Gliese 581 in a little over three days. At a mere 0.03 Astronomical Units from its star, Gliese 581e is a Mercury-like world, baking in the close embrace of the Red Dwarf.Importantly, the orbit for Gliese 581d has been refined too. It is now definitely within the habitable zone of its star. Gliese 581d is likely very unlike Earth, and it and Gliese 581c are probably water worlds. The refinement of the orbit of 581d means it is very-likely covered in liquid water, when the planet was first described it seemed more likely it would be an ice world (but Gliese 581c is more likely to be Venus-like).Unfortunately, even though Gliese 581 is so close that we can almost touch it, astronomically speaking, we won't be travelling there for a while. You can go there virtually though if you have the 3D space rending program Celestia, I have made an ssc file for the Gliese 581 system. If you have Celestia 1.5 and above, the program already comes with Gliese 591b, c and d (you will have to comment b and c out in my file, and comment out d in the extrasolar.ssc file as it has the old orbit).Download the file Wolf_562.ssc (the alternate name for Gliese 581) and put it in your Celestia extras folder and go exploring.
Construction of the ground observatory could begin in 2011 if all goes to plan. The European Southern Observatory (Eso) organisation, which will operate the E-ELT, intends to select a location for the telescope by the end of this year.

Houston Rockets Portland Trail Blazers Game 3 Predictions
It has been a long time coming for Trail Blazer fans, as Portland won a playoff game for the first time in six years, as they took down the Houston Rockets 107-103 in game 2 of the opening round series. Neither team has had much success of late in the postseason, as the Rockets haven’t made it out of the first round since 1997. In game 2 it was the youngster Brandon Roy who stole the spotlight, as he went off for 42 points to lead all scorers. The Blazers also got a big game from LaMarcus Aldrige, who had 27 points and 12 rebounds after scoring just 7 points in game 1. For the Rockets they got another strong performance from their point guard Aaron Brooks, who scored 23 points with 5 assists. The Rockets also got 19 points from starter Ron Artest and 21 from reserve guard Von Wafer. The big man Yao Ming had just 11 points after going perfect in game 1 for 24 points, and the Rockets took a blow to their depth chart with Dikembe Mutombo suffering a career ending leg injury. The series has shifted to Houston with the Rockets in control when game 3 rolls around this Friday. Here is a look at what I think each team needs to do to win game 3, and my pick on who comes out on top against the spread.
What the Rockets have to do to win: The Rockets need to get Ming involved a lot more in there offense. The Blazers responded from the beating Yao put on them in game 1 and fronted Yao and played both their 7-footers at the same time. It won’t be easy but Yao has to be more involved and that means he has to do his part and stay out of foul trouble. Brooks has done a great job at the point, but unless Ron Artest gets it going, Yao has to step up and give this team at least 20 and 10. The bench was outstanding in game 2 outscoring the Blazers bench 35-23. That bench play will need to continue if this team wants to win at home. The Rockets were a perfect 2-0 against the Blazers at home during the regular season. Other than that I think they have to find a way to slow down Brandon Roy, who torched them in game 2. I like the Rockets to come out firing and I think they have a very good chance of beating the young Blazers on the road. Bet the Rockets -5.5 at Sportsbook.com.

Tyrese Gibson's Estranged Wife Wants More $$$
The prenuptial agreement between Tyrese Gibson and his estranged wife Norma Gibson was uncovered and put on blast by TMZ.com.
tyrese Gibson and his estranged wife, Norma Mitchell Gibson were only married for less than a year, and have a daughter together, but Norma is quickly running up very high legal fees.
In court documents, Norma is requesting an additional $80k for her attorney's, even though on March 9th, she was awarded $65k by the judge.
Norma believes that Tyrese makes $250k a month -- no wonder she is fighting! She is currently receiving almost $6300 in support, and Tyrese is also paying the rent for Norma's apartment, which is about $2700 a month. Norma also claims that she spends $500 a month for infant classes for their daughter. She also states she spends $2k per month entertainment, clothes, and groceries.
Tyrese's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan has fired back at Norma's request in a declaration that says, "Petitioner has taken steps to ensure that attorney's fee are kept at a minumum. Despite these efforts, respondent is still requesting additional attorney's fees less than two months of being awarded $65k for attorney and accounting fees."
Norma is also fighting the validity of the pre-nup, and a trial date is set for August to determine if the pre-nup is valid.
According to the prenup, if either side files for separation or divorce, Norma has to move out of the house within 60 days — or else Tyrese can get a court order to make her move out

Jay Leno Hospitalized
"Jay Leno is doing just fine," an NBC rep told Us. "He was kidding around with the hospital staff and running his monologue jokes by the doctors and the nurses. He’s expected back to work on Monday."

Thursday night's Game 5 of the Flyers-Penguins first round hockey series pitted a team on the brink of elimination against a team looking to advance to the second round.
Unfortunately for State College residents living in the middle of the intrastate rivalry, most fans did not get to watch the second period of the Flyers' 3-0 victory.
Flocks of people sporting hockey jerseys exited Champs Sports Bar & Grill, leaving a blue screen behind when last night's game was abruptly taken off the air minutes into the second period because of technical difficulties.
"It kind of ticks me off," Matt Clarkson (junior-information science technology) said. "I want to watch it, but it's not just here -- it's blacked out everywhere, which is frustrating."
The game was nationally televised on Versus, but that telecast was blacked out in the Pittsburgh market due to Fox Sports Network -- the local market -- televising the game in this area. When FSN Pittsburgh experienced technical difficulties at the start of the second period and the game went unexpectedly off the air, the other channel the game was on, Versus, was unavailable due to the blackout.
Clarkson, a Penguins fan, noted his disappointment with FSN Pittsburgh, calling for the network to "take one for the team, and broadcast to us too."
Rich Hoover (graduate student-horticulture), a lifelong Flyers fan, said the technical difficulty was especially tough for him to swallow after not being able to watch many games all season.
"I was pissed -- I don't know what else to say," Hoover said. "It's frustrating because it's blacked out all year on Comcast in Philly, and now it stops running halfway through the game."
Hoover, however, was one of the few fans remaining when the technical difficulties ended between the second and third periods.
When the Flyers scored twice in the final stanza, a few more Pittsburgh fans left the restaurant as well, leaving behind an elated orange-clad audience.
"I think it'll definitely go seven," Hoover said. "There's no way they'll go into Philly and beat the Flyers on Saturday. It's going seven."
The victory was especially sweet for Jillian Knowles (senior-life sciences), who pointed to the intrastate rivalry as the main reason for her exuberance.
Knowles said she lives with roommates from the Pittsburgh area and was pleased the series was extended -- at least for two days.
"Today was great," she said. "It's very difficult having a divided apartment, and I always root hard for the Flyers to keep the apartment balanced... It's definitely going to be a nail-biter now."
But Knowles will be faced with a decision come Saturday afternoon when the Penguins and Flyers continue their series at 3 p.m. -- one hour after the Blue-White game kicks off at Beaver Stadium.
Knowles said she would be at the football game while constantly looking at her phone for updates.
Penguins fan Joe Bryan, however, wasn't quite as torn about going to the football game.
"No way," Bryan (junior-math) said. "No prayer. We'll be downtown at a bar watching the Pens win in six."

Tension surrounding the announcements highlights the high-stakes nature of the stress tests, a centerpiece of the Obama administration's plan for bolstering the financial system. For months, officials have put off questions about the banking system by saying they're awaiting the test results.
WASHINGTON - Regulators trying to stabilize the financial system could unwittingly roil it when they explain their methods today for stress-testing the largest banks.
Officials will privately begin telling the largest 19 financial institutions how they performed. But investors will be scrutinizing the test methodology for clues about which banks are in trouble.

The slow-motion rollout is intended to blunt market reaction to the news of which banks are healthy, which ones could fail if the recession worsens and which need more money to survive.
News reports, including a confidential outline of the tests first reported by The Associated Press this week, have led analysts to start handicapping which banks could fail. The speculation will intensify with today's release of the test methodology.
"I'm worried about the overreaction - people selling every bank short and pulling out all their deposits and hiding their money in the mattress," said Scott Talbott, a lobbyist with the Financial Services Roundtable, which represents the biggest financial firms.
Regulators are striving to release enough information about the stress tests to inspire confidence. But they don't want to give analysts so much detail that they can run their own tests on the banks before the official release of results.
The stress tests subject banks' balance sheets to two scenarios. One reflects current forecasts for the recession. The other assumes the recession will worsen, according to the document, produced by the Federal Reserve.
Officials also are examining the quality of banks' loans, according to an industry official and a regulatory official who spoke on condition of anonymity because they weren't authorized to discuss the tests publicly.
The goal is to see if banks have enough money reserved to withstand these losses. If they don't, regulators will force banks to boost their capital, with private or government money, and will take other steps to strengthen their balance sheets.
Some experts fear the hypotheticals aren't tough enough.
"The question is, will the market accept the stress test as a realistic case?" said Paul Miller, an analyst with Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co.
Recent economic indicators show the economy is approaching the more severe of the government's two scenarios, Miller said.
And there also are risks in outlining a test that will be tough on some banks, said Lawrence Brown, an accounting professor at Georgia State University.
"The more information we get as to what those outcomes are likely to be ... the more investors will drag down the banks that aren't perceived to be healthy," said Brown, who studies market behavior.
When senior White House adviser David Axelrod was asked in an interview last week with The Associated Press about a separate plan to buy up banks' assets, he replied, "Let's see what happens once the stress tests are done and the capital needs of banks are determined."
The delays have led investors to fret: If the tests show every bank to be strong, they will look like a whitewash and won't be taken seriously.
Yet once investors can distinguish stronger from weaker banks, they could start selling off weaker banks that remain stable but might falter if the recession got much worse.

We thought that Jordan Brand is done in creating versions of their Air Jordan 6 Rings until they introduced another version of the 6 Rings which is shown above. This new version of the Air Jordan 6 Rings also displays a very interesting upper.
We have seen several Air Jordan 6 Rings sneakers these past few weeks and all of most of them have the creative detailing on the upper. This new version has a leather and canvass upper which are both highlighted in black color.
